Enjoy Private Yoga & Meditation Instruction in your home or vacation rental I will lead you through a private 60 minute session customized to your needs. Your private session can be for 1-10 people.

Private PIlates Classes
Private Pilates Sessions live at your home or vacation rental. A full body workout for you and/or a group of people. This will be a workout based on core exercises that also benefit the legs and arms.
$150/45 min.
Sound Healing
Soundbaths are the path to relaxation and a calm mind. Your soundbath could be in your home or your outdoor space (weather dependent). Using Crystal Healing Bowls and other instruments, you'll be transported to a meditative state.

Online Yoga & Pilates
Online Yoga or Pilates is a great way to have the full experience in the convenience of your home and the flexibility in schedule.
